The frame and legs are constructed of steel angle 2″ x 2″ x 3/16″ which is welded at all connections. The pan is constructed of 10 gauge sheet steel that has been perforated for ventilation. Six ventilation holes is the standard however, more holes can be punched if requires. The front and sides are flanged down and hemmed to add strength. Cross members constructed of angle are also provided. The space between double bunks is 2′ – 11″. Length and width is per specification. This bunk is prime painted.
